椎弓根螺钉AF系统治疗胸腰段骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨椎弓根螺钉AF系统的临床应用价值。方法:对1999年~2002年采用椎弓根螺钉AF系统治疗的148例胸腰椎骨折进行回顾总结。结果:术后压缩椎体前高平均恢复38.4%,Cobb角平均改善17.4°,不全瘫患者神经功能ASIA分级均有一个级以上恢复。结论:采用椎弓根螺钉AF系统治疗胸腰段骨折,具有复位满意,内固定牢固,不干扰邻近正常椎间节段等优点。 Objective: To evaluate the chinical efficacy of AF pedicle system in treatment of thorcolumbar fractures. Methods: The clinical results of 148 cases of thoracolumbar fractures treated with AF pedicle system from 1999-2002 were analyzed retrospectlvely. Rsuslts:After operatior, the correction of anterior vertebral body height averaged 38.4 %, and of Cobb's angle 17.4^*, the neurological function improved by 1 ASIA grade or more in all patients who had an incomplete paralysis preoperation. Conclusion.. The advantages of treating thoracolumbar factures with AF pedicle system were satisfactory reduction,strong fixation and not interfering adjacent normal spinal segment.
