微创髋关节外侧斜切口全髋关节置换术

Total Hip Arthroplasty with Minimally Invasive Through Lateral Oblique Approach

目的:介绍微创髋关节外侧斜切口人工髋关节置换术。方法:2004年9月至今21例患者采用微创髋关节外侧斜切口人工髋关节置换术,测量术中切口长度,术中出血量,术后下地时间以及髋关节Harris评分。结果:患者手术切口平均长度5.7cm,术中出血平均为117ml,术后第一次下地时间平均为5天,术后髋关节Harris评分均为92分。结论:微创髋关节外侧斜切口人工髋关节置换术具有创伤小,术中出血少,术后下地时间早,术后髋关节功能良好等优点。

Objective： To introduce a minimally total hip arthroplasty through Lateral oblique approach. Methods： Since Sep 2004,17 cases had been operated with lateral oblique approach. To observe incision lenght, blood loss, left bed for first time, and Harris score. Results： The average incision lenght was 5.7cm,the average blood loss was 117ml,the average left bed for first time was 5 days,and the average Harris score was 92. Conclusion： The advantages of total hip arthroplasty with lateral oblique approach were less incision lenght,less blood loss,less time for functional exercise,and good effect of hip after operation.
