复方甘露醇注射液降低颅内压的临床疗效观察

Clininal Curative Observation on Decreasing ICP with Compoud Manmtol

目的:评价复方甘露醇注射液降低颅骨压治疗作用和安全性。方法:228例病人随机分成两组,治疗组114例使用250ml复方甘露醇注射液,对照组114例使用250ml20%甘露醇注射液。静脉注射3—4次/天,共3天。结果:两组指标经统计学分析没有显著差别(P>0.05)且治疗组副反应较轻。结论:复方甘露醇注射液是降低颅内压安全有效的新药。

Objective： To evaluate Compound Mannitol Injection curative effects and safes on depressing intracranial pressure （ICP）. Methods： 228 cases patients were randomly divided into two group, 114 cases as observative group were treated with Compound Mannitol Injection, 250ml and 114 cases as control group were treated with 20% Mannitol Injection,250ml,infused intravenously 3--4 times a day for 3 days. Results：Observative group and control group there was no significant difference （p 〉 0.05） and observative group side-effect was light. Conclusion： Compound Mannitol Injection should be a new safe drug that has curative effect and reliable on depressing intractanial pressure.
