3种避孕药物治疗皮下埋植术后阴道出血疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of 3 Contraceptives in Curing Vaginal Bleeding Caused by Hypodermic Contraceptive Implantation

目的：探寻皮下埋植避孕剂阴道异常出血药物治疗的有效方法。方法：将皮下埋植避孕术后因阴道出血来站咨询并接受治疗的300例观察对象随机分为A、B、C三组，分别给予复方左炔诺孕酮滴丸、炔雌醇片和复方甲地孕酮注射液等药物治疗，观察各组临床疗效、不良反应等情况，并进行统计学分析。结果：300例中因失访或各种因素剔除26例，A、B、C三组显效率和有效率分别为27．09％和79．17％、25％和77．50％、43．88％和93．8，C组与AB组比较有显著性差异（P〈O．05，p〈O．01），A、B两组问无显著性差异。不良反应以类早孕反应、胃肠道反应多见，少数可继发闭经。结论：3种药物治疗皮下埋植避孕术后阴道出血均有一定疗效，以复方甲地孕酮注射液效果最佳。

Objective： To explore the effective method in curing vaginal bleeding causeo by hypodermic contraceptives. Methods： Divide 300 observation objects who come to our station for consultation and treatment into A, B, C 3 groups randomly and give them Compound Levonorgestre Pills, Ethinylestradiol Tablets and Compouud Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate Injection for treatment separately, then observe the curative effect of the 3 medicines and make statistical analysis. Results： Except the useless 26 cases, the effectiveness rate and efficiency rate of the 3 medicines are 27.09% and 79.17%, 25% and 77, 50%, 43.88% and 93.80%, there＇s obvious difference between group C and groups A and B （p〈0. 05, p〈 0.01） while A and B has little difference. Adverse reactions are mainly early pregnancy reaction, gastrointestinal tract reaction, some may cause amenorrhea. Conclusion： The 3 medicines are all effective in curing vaginal bleeding caused by hypodermic contraceptives, but Compouud Hydroxyprogesterone Ca proate is the most effective one.
