对加强高校青年教师培养的初步思考

Preliminary Consideration of Strengthening the Training of the Young College Teachers

本文在分析高校青年教师现状与存在问题的基础上，提出了加强青年教师培养的主要措施：把好岗前培训第一关，通过青年教师再培训帮助青年教师提高教学能力，帮助青年教师提高科研能力，引进竞争激励机制。

This paper firstly analyzes the present status and problems of the young college teachers, then some measures to strengthen the training of them are given, recruits＇ training is the first step; retraining is essential to enhance the teaching and researching ability of the young teachers; competition and encouragement system is needed, too.
