摘要
《导游业务》作为旅游管理专业的专业核心课,旨在培养导游人员的从业技能和职业素养。但目前教学模式还停留在“填鸭式教学”中,缺乏对教学方式、教学内容的深入研究,导致教材内容与导游实践存在较大的差距,致使学生进入导游实际工作后要重新学习、适应。本文通过引入互动型教学模式的概念,从教学内容、教学方式、实践环节及导游培养的实际过程出发,对现有的教学模式进行改革,强化学生的实践能力,实现“知识-技能-职业道德”三位一体的全方位发展,从而在课堂教学中实现职业能力的培养。
〈Tourist Guide' s Practice〉, the core course for the Tourism Management major, aims at enhancing the professional skills and competence for tourist guides. However, current teaching patterns still stay with the spoonfeeding education pattern, in which teaching methods and teaching materials are greatly lacking and should be studied in deep. For the above mentioned factors, students and teachers would find that there are big gaps between teaching materials and tourism practices, which result in that when students come up with the real tourism activities, they have to restudy and re-accustom because of the new and real working environments. The thesis is a try to realize students' professional competence training through classroom activities, in which Ⅰ introduce the concept of interactive teaching patterns, by means of the processes of teaching materials, teaching methods, practice and the guides' trainings, in order to reform the current teaching pattems for strengthening students' competence in handling real situations, all in all to realize a full scale development for student " knowledge--skills-professional ethics"
