论欧美政党组织形态和权力结构的变迁被引量：11

摘要本文沿着欧美政党组织形态变迁的基本路径,对其内部的权力结构和配置进行了分析,指出在精英型政党、群众型政党、全方位型政党和卡特尔型政党的这四个阶段的发展过程中,党的中央、基层组织和党的公职部分之间的权力关系也在不断发生变化,并阐明了权力转移过程和党的公职部分取得优势地位的原因,与此相关的是党的中央和基层组织从群众型政党时期在党内居统治地位到边缘化的过程。
