实现经营性ICP网络信息安全,需要对其进行法律监管。我国相继出台了多部行政法规对经营性ICP网络信息安全实行了法律监管,但在监管模式、行政法律责任设定、组织形式等方面还存在缺陷。因此,应从提高立法层次、明确监管内容等方面进一步加强。

The realization of ICP information security needs legal supervision. Several administrative laws and regulations which were put into effect carry out the legal supervision, but there exist flaws in the mode ofsupervision, the makeup of administrative law dutY, and organizational form etc. Therefore, we should further strengthen it from legislation and supervision.
