教学研究项目管理是高校教育教学管理的重要组成部分。提高教学改革研究项目管理实效性,应坚持以人为本,转变管理观念,充分调动广大教师进行教学研究的积极性;从加强环境建设、搭建教学研究项目管理信息平台入手,进行科学规划、构建教学研究项目管理新体系,并着重加强教改项目的全过程管理。

The teaching and research project management is very important in university. Priority should be given to people, the concept of administration should be transformed and the teachers＇ enthusiasm of teaching reform research should be aroused to enhance the effect of the teaching reform research project. A new system of teaching and research project management should be scientifically planned and built through strengthening the construction of environment and establishing information platform of teaching and research project management. More attention should be paid to the whole process management of teaching and research project.
