摘要
在现代高校管理中,严格管理是学校实现办学目标的有效手段,"柔性"领导能激发全体教职员工的工作积极性。实行严格管理与"柔性"领导相结合,需做到:责权一致、培养教职员工集体意识、进行感情联络、承认与尊重个人价值、走群众路线、倡导"和为贵"思想,完善激励机制等。
In modem, university administration, strict administration is the effective method of realizing the objectives. The implementation of "flexible" leading needs the combination of strict administration with "flexible" leading which can stimulate staff members' initiatives, cultivate their collectivism, attach importance to individual value and respect them, advocate the thought of harmony and perfect incentive mechanism.
