摘要 通过设置不同的光照和温度条件,对蹄叶橐吾和窄头橐吾2种橐吾属植物进行了种子萌发特性研究。结果表明,蹄叶橐吾的最适萌发温度是20℃,而窄头橐吾则为25℃;光照对2个种种子萌发均有一定的促进作用,在12 h的光照条件下,可以明显提高种子的发芽率和发芽势,并使萌发历时缩短,但光照对2个种种子萌发的开始时间并无多大影响。 Study was carded out on seed germination property of Ligulariafischeri and L. stenocephala under different conditions of fight and temperature. The result showed that the best suitable germination temperature for L fischeri was 20℃, and 25℃ for L. stenocephala. Light could promote germination of both two species. 12 hours treatment of fight resulted increase of germination percentage and energy, especially shorten the duration of germination but no effect on the starting time.
