摘要
研究了在短期降温—回温过程中2年生盆栽银杏叶中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸和游离脯氨酸(Pro)质量分数的动态变化,结果表明:(1)随着温度的降低,叶中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸质量分数升高,Pro质量分数先升高后降低,随着温度的回升,上述指标的变化规律与降温过程相反,说明银杏对短期变温做出了快速反应,即银杏叶中上述渗透调节物质代谢的水平和途径发生了一系列的适应性变化;(2)渐变过程升至25℃和骤变过程升至25℃时,上述4个指标值均高于变温前的水平,表明经过变温锻炼,银杏获得了一定的抗寒能力。
Experiment was carried out to determine dynamic change of soluble sugar and protein, free amino acids and free proline contents of potted 2-year Ginkgo biloba leaf under short increase and return of temperature. The results showed that with decrease of temperature, soluble sugar and protein, free amino acids contents increased, while free proline content increased at the earher stage and decreased later. But with return of temperature, the changes of the above four substances were on the contrary, showing rapid reaction of Ginkgo biloba to the short term temperature variation, and metabolism level and pathway of the above four in ginkgo leaf had adaptive capacity. Ginkgo seedlings became considerable cold resistance after change temperature hardening.
