高效液相色谱法测定仙灵脾配方颗粒中5种主要黄酮类成分的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Five Main Constituents in Xianlingpi Granules by HPLC

目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定仙灵脾配方颗粒中5种主要黄酮类成分：淫羊藿苷、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、宝藿苷I的含量。方法：采用RP-HPLC，色谱柱ZORBAX SB-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-水；梯度洗脱程序：（0～15）min乙腈10％～25％，（15～38）min乙腈25％，（38～61）min乙腈25％～71％；流速1mL·min^-1；检测波长270nm；柱温：30℃。结果：5种成分均达到基线分离，线性良好。结论：该方法快速、准确、重复性好，为仙灵脾配方颗粒的质量控制根供了坪论依据。

Objective： To develop a HPLC method of simultaneous determination of Iearrin, Epimedin A, Epimedin B, Epimedin C, Baohuoside I in Xianlingpi granules. Method： The samples were separated at 30℃ on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） eluted with acetonitrile and water in gradient mode. The ratio of acetonitrile increased from 10% to 25% in 15 min, and kept constant for 23 min, then from 25% to 71% during 23 min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm, and the flow rate was 1 mL· min^-1. Result： Five compounds were baselineisolated, the linear relationships of lcarrin, Epimedin A, Epimedin B, Epimedin C, Baohuosiede I were excellent. Conclusion：The method was rapid and precise, and can be use for controlling the quality of Xianlingpi granules.
