摘要
目的:观察参芪益心颗粒对大鼠慢性心力衰竭血流动力学的影响。方法:以主动脉狭窄法造成大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型,术后1个月开始给药,给药后1个月结束试验,行左颈动脉、左心室插管,测定动脉血压(SAP)、左室压峰值(LVSP)、左室末期舒张压(LVEDP)、左室压最大上升速率(dp/dtmax),并观察药物对脏器指数、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)、心钠素(ANF)、血清醛固酮(ALD)、心肌Na+、K+、Ca++等各项相关指标的影响。结果:参芪益心颗粒可逆转由于主动脉狭窄所造成的后负荷增加导致的LVDEP,LVP,SAP,dp/dtmax增加,心脏指数、左室指数增加等心脏功能的异常改变,并改善心肌K+、Na+离子代谢,调整血浆AⅡ水平,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:参芪益心颗粒对慢性心衰所致心脏血流动力学、脏器指数等改变有明确的保护作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Shenqiyixin Granule on hemodynamics parameters of pressure overload heart failure rat model. Methods:A model of heart failure induced by coaretation of abdominal aorta was treated in the study. The drugs were taken by oral for 4 weeks from 4 weeks to 8 weeks after operation. Results: To compere with model,Shenqiyixin Granule can decreased LVEDP, LVSP, dp/dtmax, SAP, cardiac index, high-level of plasma AII and increased lower-level K^+ in cardiac tissue. Conclusions:Shenqiyixin Granule may significantly improve hemodynemics and left ventricular function of heart failure rat.
