大型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组设计中关键问题的探讨

摘要 随着我国能源结构的调整,我国将建设大批350 MW 及以上级别的燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组。以350 MW 级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为例,探讨了在设计过程中如何选择燃气轮机并优化燃气轮机与蒸汽轮机的匹配关系,分析了余热锅炉补燃与不补燃的应用条件及各自特点,给出了几种蒸汽轮机循环系统的布置方案,并分析了蒸汽循环系统的选择方法,对联合循环电厂的轴系布置进行了分析比较,同时分析了环境温度对燃气轮机性能的影响,为大型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的设计优化提供参考。 With the adjustment of energy structure, many more 350MW gas -steam combined cycle power plants will be built in China. The paper discussed the problem of how to choose gas turbine and optimize matching relation between gas turbine and steam turbine, analyzed application condition and characteristic of heat recovery steam generator(Hrsg) with supplementary firing equipment and the hot, gave out several layout programs of steam turbine cycle system, analyzed the method for choosing steam cycle system. Also, how to decide shaft of combined cycle power plant is analyzed and compared, and effect on gas turbine performance caused by ambient temperature is discussed as well, which provides references to optimize the designing of large gas-steam combined cycle units.
