摘要
海上自升式平台电动升降装置是海上作业施工时将平台举离海平面的升降装置。以胜利一号为例从升降系统的结构型式、控制原理、工作过程载荷分析、以及升降功率容量分析等方面,较为详细的分析了海上自升式平台升降系统的设计思路与载荷分析。胜利一号的控制系统选用每根桩腿的3×3台电动机和制动器由同一电源,同一组正、反转接触器供电给9台并联电动机和制动器,以保证每根桩腿的三套齿轮齿条传动装置的同步性;升降动力电机采用交流变频驱动方式。
In respects of structural model, control principle, loading analysis in work and capacity analysis Of jack - up power, this article describes the design philosophy of self-rising platform on the sea in detail and analyzes its load fluctuation. The control system of Victory on the first chooses to use each leg 9 set electric motors which makes to move a machine from same power supply, same positive, turn over the contact machine power supply to merge electric motor for 9 sets and make to move a machine to promise each three sets of wheel gear of leg synchronization that spreads to move device; the adoption exchanges of ascend and descend the motive electrical engineering changes to drive a way.
