摘要
本文通过阐述数控机床中出现的4例故障(加工时没有冷却、卡盘卡不住工件、刀塔不旋转等),利用PLC状态显示信息诊断机床故障,能够快速、有效的排除故障。
This text through explain 4 trouble that numerical control appear in the lathe ＂cool process, chuck card live work piece, one hundred sheetses of tower rotate）, utilize PLC status display whom information diagnose lathe trouble can fast effective fix a breakdown.
