空军基层部队男性生殖健康状况调查分析及干预对策

Investigation and intervention strategy of male reproductive health in primary unit of Air Force

目的了解空军基层部队男性生殖健康状况,探讨有效的预防措施。方法采用男性生殖健康调查表,对2686名官兵统一进行病史询问,外生殖器检查,前列腺液常规、精液常规等检查,登记结果进行统计分析。结果调查患病率为55.92%,其中包皮过长(15.49%)、前列腺炎(14.37%)发病率较高;雷达作业人员精液量、精子活力、精子密度下降明显。结论空军基层部队男性官兵生殖健康状况尚需进一步提高。

Objective To learn male reproductive health in primany unit of Air Force in order to probe effective prevention mearsure. Methods Qustionnaire of male reproductive health was used to record the contents of case history, results of genital examination, prostatic gland liquid test and semen analysis. Resuits Morbidity rate was 55.92%,in which redundant prepuce,prostatitis account for 15.49%, 14.37%, respectively. Quantity of semen,activity of sperm and density of sperm in rader operation population decreased significantly. Conclusion Male reproductive health in primary unit of Air Force remains to be improved.
