摘要
目的:为唇形科(Labiatae)植物毛喉鞘蕊苏Coleus forskohliiBriq的开发利用提供生药学资料,为该药材的深入研究奠定基础。方法:采用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微及理化鉴定的方法对毛喉鞘蕊苏叶及全草粉末进行生药学研究。结果:证明其主要化学成分为二萜类化合物(异佛司可林、二乙酰异佛司可林、β-谷甾醇等),其叶的特征为:气孔多见直轴式,表皮中镶嵌大量油细胞,表面密被非腺毛。其全草粉末特征为非腺毛、腺毛、导管、纤维多见;石细胞类方形,壁薄孔沟明显,胞腔大;淀粉粒众多,脐点点状。结论:本文生药研究的组织特征及粉末鉴别特征可作为毛喉鞘蕊苏质量标准的一部分主要依据。
Objective: To provide the basis for development and utilization of Coleus forskohlii Briq. Methods : study its leaf and powder from original plant morphological characteristics, shapes properties, microscopic and physiochemical characteristics. Results : it is composed of labdane diterpenoids ; the result also including the characteristic of leaf and powder and so on. Conclusion: Sileneviscidula Franch. is worth further studying and developing.
