FaUopia denticuta, is a kind of folk herd, which is used to treat diarrhea, indigestion hepatitis and other diseases of digestive system by Yi minority in Yunnan region. From the aspects of morphological characteristics, histological structures, and chemical characteristics, Fallopia denticuta, is identified. All of those researches provide scientific basis for iden tification of Fallopia denticuta.
