从《太平惠民和剂局方》看桂枝的运用变化

The Usage Diversity of Ramulus Cinnamomi in Formularies of the Bureauof People's Welfare Pharmacies

《太平惠民和剂局方》在北宋成书时只有297方,经过南宋、金、元的不断增补,最后达788方,通过观察这一动态的增补方剂过程,来研究含桂枝方剂的变化,以探讨桂枝用药部位及功效的变化,这对现代中药复方研究具有启迪作用。

At present there are 788 prescriptions and recipes in the book named Formularies of the Bureau of People＇s Welfare Pharmacies （Tai Ping Huiming He Ji Ju Fang） , but the total number is only 297when it was just finished in Northern Song Dynasty. The variation of the prescriptions and recipes, including not only the number but also the composition and usage dose of herbs, were arch-supplemented in Dynasty Southern Song, Jin and Yuan. Ramulus Cinnamomi is a typical and characteristic drug in China, and usually used in the famous prescriptions, so the recipes which contain Ramulus Cinnamomi are chose to investigate the dynamic supplemental course, especially in both the medication part and the efficacy. The result will benefit the further study and research on the complex prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine.
