高额外汇储备对我国经济的影响及其管理对策

Influence of Huge Foreign Exchange Reserve on China's Economy and the Countermeasures Its Management

近年来,中国外汇储备规模持续增加,高额的外汇储备引起了外界很多的关注。不断增长的外汇储备对中国经济的发展造成了很多消极的影响,为我国货币政策操作和宏观调控带来了诸多干扰。笔者试图借鉴国际上其他国家外汇储备管理的经验,从高额外汇储备对我国经济发展的利弊分析入手,对我国的外汇储备管理提出了几点建议。

In recent years,the Chinese scale of foreign exchange reserve continued increasing.Continuously increased foreign exchange reserve has caused a lot negative influence to the development of Chinesed economy,which has brought many disturbs to the operation of our country＇s monetary policy and the macro-control.This paper attempts to refer to the experience of foreign exchange reserve management of the other countries in the world,and propose a few suggestions for the management of foreign exchange reserve of our country .
