摘要
利用C^(r3+)与二甲酚橙定量显色分光光度法测定废电池中微量铬,通过解剖、酸溶、过滤、沉淀、灼烧等步骤,制备得绿色的产品三氧化二铬,并检测产品三氧化二铬的产率.结果表明,Cr^(3+)工作曲线在0~60μg·25mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.7394×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),加标回收率为94%~103%.每节电池铬含量为242.2μg,铬的回收率为96.03%,三氧化二铬产率为0.52%.
The method of Cr^3+ and two cresol orange quantitative are used to measure the trale of choromium by Spetrophotometry in the waste battery .After a set of steps such as dissection,acid melt filterina ,precipitation,burn,etc,the greem product Cr2O3 is prepared and then the producticity of Cr2O3 is tested.The result shows,linear range is 0~60μg·25mL^-1;its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.7394×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1;recovery of marked compound is 94%~103%;the chromium concentration of every joint battery is 242.2ug;the rate of recovery is 96.03% and the productivity of Cr2O3 is 0.52%.
