载脂蛋白A5低甘油三酯效应的机制 被引量：1

摘要 载脂蛋白A5是降低血浆甘油三酯水平最为显著的因子之一,高甘油三酯血症是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的独立危险因子,因而成为近年来医学研究热点之一。本文简要介绍了载脂蛋白A5的表达调控机制,重点阐述了载脂蛋白A5在降低血浆甘油三酯水平中的作用,为治疗高甘油三酯血症、心血管疾病等人类重大疾病提供新的方向和思路。
