摘要
针对电励磁同步电动机在起动过程中存在不能准确投励、不能有效灭磁和起动脉动电流较大等问题,提出了以PIC单片机为控制核心,通过对滑差信号的检测来决定投全压与投励磁电流时刻,实现了同步电动机的智能化起动控制,并深入分析了它的起动控制原理。应用此控制方法能克服以上问题,实现同步电动机励磁系统的正极性准确投励,且具有良好的灭磁功能,使同步电动机能可靠起动。
A intelligentized control method helpful to synchronous motor's start up is proposed, aimed to solve such questions as casting current inaccurately, bad result of extinguishing magnetism and big start up current during its starting process. Applying this control method can make synchronous motor excitation system develop casting excitation current in the right time and has good function of extinguishing magnetism, realizing the stably start of the synchronous motor.
