摘要
了解三维相位对比法磁共振血管成像(3DPCMRA)对Budd-Chiari综合征(BCS)的诊断价值。材料和方法:对6例疑BCS的患者在GEVectra0.5T超导系统上,先行中上腹部常规MRI扫描,后进行冠状面3DPCMRA检查,采集上/下,左/右,前/后三个轴向血流信号,经相位对比合成技术合成,用最大信号强度法重建。并与B超、CT对照。结果:3DPCMRA清楚显示3例下腔静脉肝段狭窄,3例下腔静脉包括肝段较严重阻塞。结论:3DPCMRA在诊断BCS中具有较大优越性及诊断价值,是目前最安全有效、无创伤的检查方法。
To report the value of 3DPC MRA in the evaluation of Budd-Chiari'syndrome. Materials and Methods: Six patients were examined on a GE Vectra 0. 5T superconductive magnet system with conventional MRI and the coronal 3DPC MRA techniques. The 3DPC MRA three-axis blood flow signals (H/F, L/R and A/P) were combined to form the added source image by PC syn and then to be reconstructed by MIP for analysis. The results of MRI and MRA were compared with those of CT and ultrasound. Results: Three patients were demonstrated to have the stenosis in the hepatic segments of IVC and the other three were shown to have complete obstruction in the hepatic segments of IVC by 3DPC MRA. Conclusion: 3DPC MRA is an effective, noninvasive and safe technique in the evaluation of Budd Chiari's syndrome.
