The Chinese concepts of the culture, education, career, and labor help with the understanding of the social properties of them. Employment and education are especially influential for the vocational education values. This paper performs the etymological and semantic analyses of the terms, describes the special employ-ment organization or unit in Chinese, and exemplifies the order and harmony within the context of social back-ground.
