X刀术前颅内病灶CT定位的初探(附60例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨和评价了X刀治疗木前颅内病灶CT定位的方法和价值。材料与方法:对60例颅内病灶,包括腔质瘤10例、转移瘤15例、动静脉畸形6例、鼻因癌颅内侵犯5例 垂体瘤4例、脑膜瘤4例、颞叶癫痫10例及其他占位病变6例,进行了X刀治疗术前的CT定位扫描及病灶的确定。结果:颅内病灶直径大小从5mm至45mm不等,病灶中心CT检出率达100%,90%(54/60)的病灶或靶点轮廓获清楚确定。结论:颅内病灶X刀治疗术前应用CT定位可作为首选的方法。 Purpose; To study and evaluate the method and value on CT location of intracra-nial lesions before X-knife treatment. Methods and materials:From May to Nov. 1996,60 intracra-nial lesions were treated with X-knife in our hospital. They were 10 glioma, 15 metastatic tumors, 6 AVM, 5 nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 4 pituitary adenoma, 4 menigioma, 2 acoustic neuromas, 10 temporal lobe epilepsy and 4 others. 19 of the lesions were confirmed pathologically, 10 temporal lobe epilepsy were confirmed with ECT, EEG and clinic history. Others were diagnosed with CT, MR, MRA or DSA and clinical data. Results: The center of the lesions was 100% detected and the contours of lesions can be drawn clearly in 90% cases (54/60)with CT. The diameter of the lesions was from 5mm to 45mm. Conclusion: CT may act as the first choice to orient the position of in-tracranial lesions before X-knife treatment. (Fig 1-4 see inset P10)
