伪新民会是日军在华北组织的一个汉奸政治组织,其奴化宣传活动是日本侵略者同抗日力量之间"思想战"的主要形式,也是日本侵略者笼络欺骗中国人民最主要的手段。这种宣传活动的目的、内容完全服从于日本侵略者的战略指导方针及每个时期的中心意图,涉及战力增强宣传、激励民众"决战意识"宣传、强化"反共"宣传等内容,是全方位、多层次铺开的。伪新民会在华北沦陷区进行的奴化宣传虽曾起到过一定的作用,但最终并未取得"理想"的成效。

The puppet new democracy organization is set up by the Japanese invaders in the north of China, who aim to spread the slavery education as their principal measure to implement the policy of conceptual war. Thus they build up the systematic network to spread slavery education, disseminating the fighting against the Communist Party, motivating Chinese people to obey the Japanese ruling.
