Implementing of Nationalist Government's Strategy of Cooperation for Dealing with Japan among Big Powers before "7·7 Incident"

大国合作制日是国民政府"七.七事变"前力图将其实施、并用以推迟中日战争爆发的重要外交策略;其实施的过程中,在经济领域得到了欧美国家一定程度的支持与合作,而政治领域的合作制日,则由于主要国家如英、美因自身利益的关系反应冷淡,未能实现。这种状况,一方面有利于此后全面抗战政策的形成,另一方面由于未能在政治和经济领域同时得到充分而有效的实施,中日战争最终爆发。

The cooperation for dealing with Japan among big powers that aimed to postpone the outbreak of sino-Japanese war was the Nationalist Government＇s important foreign strategy before ＂7 · 7 incident＂. In the process of implementing this strategy,the Anglo-American countries afforded to some extent support in economic cooperation, whereas the political cooperation couldn ＇t become reality because of the the Anglo-American countries＇cool response. On one hand,this situation contributed to form the overall resistance policy afterwards; On the other hand, the anti-Japanese war finally broke out as a result of not implementing fully and effectively cooperation in political and economic areas at the same time.
