摘要
在新闻改革和产业化、集团化背景下逐渐走向市场的中国媒介,虽然在经济上与国家财政"断了奶",但由于受传统计划经济的影响,其体制上仍然带有浓厚的行政事业色彩,严重阻碍和限制了其进一步发展;在行政权力主导下的传媒市场是竞争不充分的垄断和封闭市场,不仅对外开放有限,而且也基本不允许民间和外国资本进入;传媒定性由单一走向多元,回归其本质属性,使受众成为新闻改革的最大受益者,但同时存在的受众本位观念的建而不立,又为中国传媒的未来发展埋下了隐忧。
In the context of news reform, industrialization and integration, the China media industry has severed the umbilical cord with the state finance, but its operation system is still obscured under the shadow of administration due to the impact of traditional planning economy, which impeded and damped its development. The media market dominated by administration power is a monopolized and closed one, which basically denies the full competition of private and foreign capital. When the media regresses to multiple natures from uniform one during the news reform, the recipients tender to get the lion's share. Meanwhile, the suspension of recipient-based concept casts a shadow on the future development of China media.
