In the era that markets, globalization and different civilizations closely connect with each other, capital and interests have become the keywords of modem times. Thus Bioethics should seize the specialties and individualities of the modem ethics. Nowadays there are inherent and inevitable connections between capital and bioethics. Capital is the adversary as well as the essence of bioethics, and the problems of bioethics arise from the logic of capital. Therefore the study of bioethics should go beyond the logic of capital.
