目前,民营医院中知识型员工满意度普遍不高,人才流失现象严峻,通过对民营医院管理现状及知识型员工特点的研究,分析知识型员工满意度低下的主要原因,并提出提高满意度的相关对策。

At present , a lack of satisfaction of knowledgeable employees among private hospitals leads to exodus of a large number of talents . Based on the research on current situation that privately owned hospitals encounter and the features owned by knowledgeable employees, the article analyzed the major reasons causing to low satisfaction level, furthermore came up with ideas that could improve satisfactory level.
