On the Education of Medical Ethics for On-the-Job Trainees under the Current Circumstances

进修教育是继续医学教育的重要组成部分,是基层医疗单位医生深造的一条重要途径,是基层培养业务技术骨干的重要手段,也是大型综合性医院临床工作的重要组成部分。我院每年接受近500名来自全国各地的进修人员,患者就医过程中会接触到许多进修生,他们大多来自基层医院,除了培养他们过硬的业务技能,更应该加强对进修生的医德教育,培养进修生良好的医德品质,提高他们医德境界、道德责任和职业荣誉感,自觉抵制各种腐蚀、诱惑,从而真正培养出医术精湛、医德高尚、从而能够全心全意为人民健康服务的优秀的医务工作者。

On - the - job training is an important component of medical continuing education, a crucial approach to further education for basic -level medical staff, a significant way for basic-level medical institutes to cultivate medical talents, and a major clinical labor source in large -scale general hospitals. Based on the status quo of on - the - job training in the authors＇hospital, they conclude that besides the education of professional skills, the education of medical ethics for on - the - job trainees is also of great importance and necessity.
