子宫平滑肌瘤的CT诊断(附31例分析)

CT Diagnosis of Uterine Leiomyoma (Reports of 31 Cases)

本文回顾性分析了31例经手术病理证实的子宫肌瘤的CT表现。指出子宫肌瘤的CT特点是:子宫外形分叶状增大,或自子宫向外突出的实性肿块,边界光整。较大肌瘤内可见变性所致的片状点状条状低密度影,肌瘤内钙化不很常见。增强扫描肌瘤与子宫同步强化。这些征象对于子言肌瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

The CT findings of 31 patients with uterine leiomyoma proved by surgery-pathology were analyzed. The CT characteristics of uterine leiomyoma are as follows:uterus enlargement with lobulated, and smooth marging outline, calcificaion, low-density area due to degeneration in uterine masses and enhancement at the same time as uterine enhancement after contrast injection. These findings have important value for the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma and differential diagnosis from others tumors.
