胰岛细胞瘤的CT诊断(附7例报告)

CT Diagnosis of Islet Cell Tumors of the Pancreas (A Report of 7 Cases)

目的：探讨ＣＴ诊断胰岛细胞瘤价值。材料和方法：搜集７例经手术病理证实的胰岛细胞瘤的ＣＴ检查资料进行分析，其中胰岛素瘤４例、舒血管活性肽瘤１例，非功能胰岛细胞瘤２例。结果：胰岛素瘤ＣＴ表现主要为胰腺轮廓局部增大或胰腺边缘局限性突隆；舒血管活性肽瘤表现为非均质的带有包膜的低密度肿物；非功能胰岛细胞瘤表现为密度较均的较大肿物或界限清楚的低密度肿物而不侵犯肠系膜上动脉周围的脂肪。另外，介绍了ＣＴ检查胰腺的注意事项。结论：ＣＴ检查对胰岛细胞瘤的诊断有较大价值。

Purpose: To explore the value of CT diagnosis of islet cell tumors. Materials and methods: CT findings of 7 cases of islet cell tumor confirmed operatively were analysed retrospectively. In seven patients, 4 cases were insulinomas, 1 case was VIPoma and 2 cases were non functioning islet cell tumors. Results: The main CT manifestations were as follows: localized enlargment of the pancreas or locadized bulging of pancreatic contour in 4 cases of insulinoma; heterogeneous hypodense mass with thin capsul in 1 case of VIPoma; homogeneous large mass in 1 case of malignant non funclioning islet cell tumor and well defined hypodense mass in 1 case of non functioning islet cell tumor, but the fatty structure around the superior mesenteric artery was not involved. Otherwise, the technique of CT examination were also discussed. Conclusion: CT examination was valuable in diagnosis of islet cell tumors of the pancreas.
