基于nRF401的即装即用轧制力传感器

摘要 为实现轧制力传感器的快速安装,将附着式传感器安装于轧机机架外侧,通过测量机架变形间接测取轧制力。传感器内的智能信号调理电路,根据所采集信号的特征,反馈控制数字电位器补偿传感器的漂移信号,实现传感器信号零点的实时自动校准。将基于nRF401的无线模块集成于传感器内,该模块有两个频道,轧机两侧的传感器各占一个频道,使两侧轧制力信息可实时并行发送。在放大器前设置射频干扰滤波器,以消除射频信号对系统测量精度的影响;将无线模块的频道与传感器安装位置绑定,设定传感器优先工作频道,规定传感器安装顺序,使传感器可自动选择工作频道,系统可自动识别不同侧的轧制力信号,使传感器满足即装即用的要求。 In order to install the roll force sensor quickly,installed the adhesion sensor on the outside of the rolling-mill housing.Obtained roll force indirectly by measuring the strain of the housing.Embedded intelligent signal conditioning circuit in the sensor,analyzed the characteristic of the collected signal,compensated the drift signal of controlling digital potentiometer,and implemented real-time auto-calibration of zero-scale.Integrated wireless transceiver model based on nRF401 in the sensor,it had two channels,the sensors on both sides of the rolling-mill employed one channel separately,transmitted the real-time roll force signal of each side synchronously.Ahead of the amplifier,used practical radio frequency interference filter to attenuate the effect of the radio frequency signal to the measurement accuracy of the system.Bound the operating channel of the wireless transceiver model to the sensor position,rule prior operating channel and installation sequence,thus the sensor auto-select operating channel.The system can auto-recognize the roll force from both sides,and implement install-and-play.
