摘要
分析了耐火材料、内衬结构、钩钉设计等缺陷对回转窑内衬寿命的影响,给出了较为适用的耐火材料理化性能指标,阐述了内衬结构的改进方案,并取得了经济效益和社会效益。
The paper analysey the defects such as fire- resistant material, liner structure and hook nail design the influence for the liner life of rotary kiln. It has given relatively suitable fire - resistant material reasons, elaborated liner structural improvement scheme and gotten economic and social benifits.
