摘要 有效解决大型电站空气预热器堵灰问题,可以提高发电生产的效率和安全性。盘山发电有限责任公司采用空气预热器吹灰器改造消除吹灰盲区、利用弱爆炸波吹灰新技术和采取机组逢检修必高压水冲洗等措施,使空气预热器堵灰得到有效的控制和缓解,降低了排烟温度提高了锅炉效率,减小了送、引风机及一次风机的电耗,实现了节能降耗,同时有效避免了因为堵灰导致的机组出力受阻和被迫停运的事故的发生,达到了降低堵灰对设备和机组安全影响的目的。提出了防治堵灰应该采取源头防治、设备改造和运行方式优化三管齐下的治理方法。 Effective solution Utility Air Preheater Fouling problems, and improve the efficiency of power production and safety.
