摘要
以辣椒品种"神禾8898线椒"为材料,设置不同铝浓度处理,研究不同浓度的铝处理对辣椒种子萌发的影响.结果表明:低浓度的铝处理(5mg/l和10mg/l)提高了辣椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数和植株的鲜重等,并且对辣椒的芽和根的生长有一定的促进作用;高浓度的铝处理(20mg/l和40mg/l)的效果相反.
The study deals with the effect of aluminum on the germination of capsicum seed with different concentration of aluminum solution (0 mg/l, 5 mg/l,10 mg/l,20 mg/l,40mg/l). The results show that the treatment by lower aluminum solutions (5 mg/l and 10 mg/l) can increase the germination rate, power and index, vigor index, and fresh weight of the plant, and has promotion to the growth of bud and root of capsicum. On the contrary, the treatment by higher aluminum solutions ( the 20 mg/l and 40 mg/l) reduces the effects.
