摘要
以机械工业广泛使用渗碳齿轮为例,分析热处理工艺影响硬度的各种因素,找出硬度变化的原因,确定合理的渗碳层深度和渗碳工艺并提出预防措施。
The paper takes the carburized gear which is applied in machinery industry as an example. In this paper, various factors which can influence the hardness of gear have been analyzed, the causes of hardness changing have been found out and rational carburized layer depth and carburizing process have been ascertained. At last, the preventive measures have been put forward.
