摘要
采用瞬态激振法,对国产MJ397型带锯机的带锯条进行频谱分析与应变测量,确定频率与张紧力的关系。试验表明,通过测量锯条的基频(?)_1就能计算锯条的张紧力,这对锯机设计和提高锯切质量、效率都有现实意义。
Doing frequency analyzing and stress change detecting with vibration method to Model MJ 397 Band Saw Machine made in China, and also confirming the relation between frequency and tension force. The result shows to calculate the blades' tension force through detecting basic frequency f1^- of the blades. It is great imprant to improve the cutting quality and efficiency of band saw machines.
