Rapid Propagation of Spathiphyllum floribundum

以白掌的茎尖为外植体,研究了影响其初代、继代及生根培养的主要因素。结果表明:最适初代培养基为MS+6-BA2mg·L-1+AD0.2mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1;最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA2mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2mg·L-1。

The main factors affecting culture, subculture and rooting of Spathiphyllurn floribundum （Linden et André）NE. Brown were analyzed by using stem tip as explant. The results showed that the suitable mediums for culture, subculture and rooting were MS＋6-BA 2 mg/l＋AD 0.2 mg/l＋NAA 0.2 mg/l, MS＋6-BA 2 mg/l＋NAA 0.2 mg/l, and 1/2 MS＋NAA 0.2 mg/l.
