The Scientific Outlook on Development based on the idea of ＂people oriented＂ is consistent with the concept that the Party should represent the fundamental interests of the majority of people. People oriented means we should take the people＇s interests as the aim and outcome. Always representing the fundamental interests of the majority of people, the Communist Party must establish the Scientific Outlook on Development, and fully reflects the content and requirements of the people oriented idea.
