The acceleration reforming of modernization has initiated the problems of university teaching professional ethics construction. The basic problems of university teaching professional ethics construction are the relations between individual and society, teacher and student, utility and ethics, teacher and colleague. To effectively construct university teaching professional ethics on the process of modernization, we must focus on the overall situation altitude, constructing the ethics-economical ecolo- gy, ethics-politics ecology, ethics -culture ecology which conforms to the modern university＇s development.
