摘要
采用ICP-AES法联测合金钢中Mo、Ni、Si、Mn、Cr、V含量。对元素分析谱线、背景干扰校正、溶液酸度等因素进行了研究,确定了最佳实验条件。进行了样品的精密度及对照分析实验,结果表明,本方法准确、快速、简便。
It has been applied to the simultaneous determination of Mo, Ni, Si, Mn, Cr, V in alloy steel by ICP - AES. The experiment factors including spectra of analyzed elements, the background correction and acidity of solutions etc. have been investigated , the optimum conditions for the experiment have been tested. The precision experiment of sample and comparison analytical tests have been done, the results demonstrate that the method is convenient ,rapid and accurate.
