Thought on Improving Executing Abilities of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

农村基层党组织执行力的强弱直接关系着党在农村执政地位的巩固,关系着社会主义新农村建设的成败。但当前农村基层党组织执行力存在一些问题,为此必须强化执行新理念,提高执行人员素质,健全完善农村工作领导体制和工作机制。

The executing abilities of rural grassroots Party organizations are directly related to the solidation of the Party＇ s ruling status in the rural areas and the socialist new countryside construction. However, there exist some problems in the executing abilities of current rural grassroots Party organizations. Therefore, we should strengthen the new executing concepts, improve the executors＇ qualities, and perfect the rural leading system and working mechanism.
