Subjectivity Construction of University Moral Education

高校德育不仅要在教育管理方法上充分发挥大学生的主体性作用,更要在培养目标上重视大学生的主体性构建。个体人格尊严的确立和对个人自主选择的尊重既是道德教育得以有效进行的前提,也是道德教育的基本价值取向。德育首先必须是素质教育,高校德育要体现以人为本的教育理念,就必须关注大学生的主体性构建,培养他们的主体意识,使之成为积极的建设性的主体。

The university moral education should not only fully play the subjective role of university students in the education and management methods, but also pay attention to the subjectivity construction in the cultivation objectives. The establishment of individual dignity and respect for independent choice are the premise which moral education can be carried out effectively, in the meantime, they are the basic value orientation of moral education. Moral education first must be the quality education for all - around development. University moral education should reflect the education concept of puting students first, pay attention to university students＇ subjectivity construction, cultivate their subjective consciousness, and make them become the positive subject of construction.
