学科建设视野下的科技工作路径探讨——以地方本科院校为例

A Probe into the Scientific & Technological Work Approach for Courses Construction: Using Local Universities as Examples

通过对地方本科院校在抓学科建设过程中存在的对学科建设的指导思想不明确、对学科建设的内涵理解模糊的分析,指出处于培育阶段的学科建设必须纳入科学发展观视野下来考察,正确认识学科建设与科研工作的关系,从真正意义上确立科技工作在高校整体发展的地位和作用。在此基础上对在学科建设视野中的地方本科院校科技工作路径作了不失为明晰的勾勒。

Based on some analyses of the problems of the vague guiding ideology and the dim comprehension of the connotations of courses construction in some newly established local universities, this paper points out herein that we must consider our courses construction, which is still in its initial stages, in line with the scientific development ideology, properly understand the relationship between courses construction and scientific research work, and truly establish the position and function of scientific ＆ technological work in the development of higher education institutions. Thereafter, the paper makes a clear clairvoyance on the proper scientific ＆ technological work approach in newly established local universities.
