摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)/基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP)系统在降解和重塑细胞外基质(ECM)过程中发挥着重要的作用,同时这一酶系也参与了如:眼外伤、糖尿病性视网膜病变、增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)、青光眼等常见眼科疾病的病理过程。本文就MMPs/TIMP在PVR病程中可能的作用机制以及以这一酶系为靶向干预的治疗的进展作一综述。 The matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs)/tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP) system plays a vital role in degrading and remodeling the extracellular matrix (ECM). It is also involved in pathologic processes of ocular trauma, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, proliferative vitreoretinopathy ( PVR ) and primary open angle glaucoma, etc. We discuss the potential relationship between MMPs/TIMP system and PVR, as well as the intervention therapy targeting at MMPs/TIMP system for the PVR.
